Mulai dari filtrasi, reabsorbsi, dan augmentasi.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8212;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pagi ini sudah ada drama besar di rumah sebelum Rogu berangkat sekolah. Apakah itu? Adik Rogu ngompol! Katanya tadi malam dia mimpi lagi berenang di kolam renang, entah bagaimana ceritanya, <em>eh<\/em> ngompol <em>deh tuh<\/em>. Untung masih kecil. Ya memang bikin keki <em>sih<\/em>, tapi kalau anak kecil ngompol jangan dimarahin ya Squad, karena bisa jadi mereka mengompol bukan karena malas ke kamar mandi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-web.ruangguru.com\/landing-pages\/assets\/hs\/sistem%20ekskresi%20-%20ngompol.jpeg\" alt=\"sistem ekskresi - ngompol\" width=\"600\" style=\"width: 600px; display: block; margin: 0px auto;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Urin yang dikeluarkan adik Rogu saat ngompol (dan kita juga) adalah hasil pembuangan tubuh atau ekskresi Squad. Selain urin, ada juga keringat dan karbondioksida (CO<sub>2<\/sub>). Siapa yang masih ingat pelajaran tentang organ-organ sistem ekskresi dalam tubuh manusia? Organ sistem ekskresi manusia terdiri dari ginjal, kulit, paru-paru dan hati. <em>Nah<\/em>, kali ini kita akan membahas proses terbentuknya urin yang terjadi di ginjal. Penasaran? Ketiga tahap tersebut terjadi di tempat yang berbeda dan hasilnya pun berbeda-beda. Proses pembentukan urin juga disebut dengan istilah \u201ccuci darah oleh ginjal\u201d <em>loh<\/em> Squad. Kenapa sih?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-web.ruangguru.com\/landing-pages\/assets\/hs\/sistem%20ekskresi%20-%20ginjal.jpeg\" alt=\"sistem ekskresi - ginjal\" width=\"600\" style=\"width: 600px; display: block; margin: 0px auto;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melalui ginjal, darah yang membawa zat dan molekul dari pencernaan, serta sisa metabolisme sel akan disaring. Zat yang harus dibuang akan pergi menuju tubulus kolektivus, dan yang terpakai akan kembali ke dalam darah untuk beredar lagi ke seluruh tubuh. Hebat <em>banget<\/em> ya ginjal kita?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #e69138;\"><strong>1. Filtrasi<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tahap pertama<\/strong> pembentukan urin pada manusia adalah <strong>filtrasi<\/strong> yang <strong>terjadi di glomerulus<\/strong>. Glomerulus adalah untaian pembuluh kapiler yang dinding-dindingnya bertautan dengan kapsula bowman. Filtrasi disebut juga dengan penyaringan, Squad. Jadi darah yang mengalir di tubuh kita akan disaring di dalam glomerulus setiap 5 menit sekali <em>lho<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hasil<\/strong> dari filtrasi ini berupa <strong>filtrat glomerulus atau urin primer <\/strong>yang mengandung H<sub>2<\/sub>O dan zat-zat seperti glukosa, klorida, natrium, kalium, fosfat, urea, asam urat dan kreatinin. <em>Nah<\/em>, urin primer tersebut kemudian akan dilanjutkan ke tahap selanjutnya yaitu reabsorpsi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Psst<\/em>, bentar deh, mau belajar lebih seru nggak? Reabsorpsi<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada tahap <strong>reabsorpsi<\/strong>, <strong>zat-zat yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh<\/strong> akan <strong>diserap kembali<\/strong> dan dimasukkan ke dalam aliran darah, Squad. Reabsorpsi <strong>terjadi di tubulus kontortus proksimal dan lengkung henle<\/strong>. <em>Nah<\/em>, setelah proses reabsorpsi berlangsung <strong>terbentuklah urin sekunder<\/strong>. Jika zat-zat yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh diserap kembali, dibawa kemana ya zat-zat yang tidak diperlukan oleh tubuh?&nbsp;<em style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Nah<\/em><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">, zat-zat ini akan disekresikan pada tahap augmentasi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-web.ruangguru.com\/landing-pages\/assets\/hs\/sistem%20ekskresi%20-%20kebelet.jpeg\" alt=\"sistem ekskresi - kebelet\" width=\"600\" style=\"width: 600px; display: block; margin: 0px auto;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #e69138;\"><strong>3. Augmentasi<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Augmentasi<\/strong> merupakan tahap terakhir dari proses pembentukan urin pada tubuh manusia. Jadi, seperti yang disebutkan di atas, <strong>zat-zat yang tidak diperlukan oleh tubuh akan disekresikan<\/strong>, di sinilah tempatnya. Augmentasi <strong>terjadi di tubulus kontortus distal dan tubulus kolektivus (pengumpul) <\/strong>sebagai tempat penyimpanan urin untuk sementara. Di tahap ini masih terjadi penyerapan kembali pada air, garam NaCl dan urea sehingga <strong>terbentuk urin sebenarnya yang harus dibuang oleh tubuh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kamu tahu <em>nggak<\/em> Squad urin yang normal itu mengandung zat apa saja? Selain air ya tentunya. Jadi, urin yang normal akan mengandung 95% air dan zat-zat terlarut. Zat-zat tersebut antara lain ada zat buang nitrogen (urea, asam urat, dan keratin), hasil metabolisme lemak (benda keton), hasil pencernaan sayuran dan buah (asam hipurat), toksin, zat kimia asing, enzim, vitamin dan elektrolit. Oh iya, pada urin wanita hamil akan terkandung <em>Hormon Chorionic Gonadotropik (HCG)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-web.ruangguru.com\/landing-pages\/assets\/hs\/sistem%20ekskresi%20-%20tabel.jpeg\" alt=\"sistem ekskresi - tabel\" width=\"600\" style=\"width: 600px; margin: 0px auto; display: block;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Eh<\/em>, dari tadi kan kita cuma bahas tentang ginjal, tapi kamu jangan sampai lupa sama organ ekskresi yang lain ya Squad seperti hati, kulit dan paru-paru. Proses ekskresi pada <strong>hati menghasilkan urobilin<\/strong> yang membuat feses dan urin kita berwarna kuning. Nah kalau pada <strong>kulit<\/strong>, proses ekskresinya <strong>menghasilkan keringat pada tubuh<\/strong> karena adanya enzim Brandikinin.
