Pernah kepikiran<em> nggak<\/em> kenapa urin harus dikeluarkan dari tubuh? Ya karena zat tersebut merupakan zat sisa metabolisme yang sudah tidak berguna lagi bagi tubuh. <strong>Proses pengeluaran zat sisa metabolisme,<\/strong> <strong>seperti urea, CO2, dan ion Na+<\/strong> dinamakan<strong> sistem ekskresi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kamu tahu <em>nggak<\/em>, ternyata sistem ekskresi hewan invertebrata berbeda <em>loh<\/em> dengan vertebrata. <em>Hmm<\/em>\u2026 Kenapa bisa gitu? Jadi, organ ekskresi pada vertebrata kan ada banyak <em>tuh<\/em>. Kalau pada mamalia ada paru-paru, kulit, ginjal, dan hati, sedangkan pada pisces organ ekskresinya berupa insang dan kulit, begitu juga vertebrata lainnya. Selain itu, organ ekskresi antara invertebrata satu dengan lainnya juga berbeda. <em>Wah<\/em>, kalau punya organ ekskresi yang berbeda, pasti proses ekskresi yang dilakukannya juga berbeda <em>dong<\/em>. Kali ini, kamu akan mengetahui apa saja organ serta proses ekskresi hewan invertebrata, yaitu belalang dan cacing. Gimana <em>sih<\/em> proses ekskresi belalang dan cacing? <em>Yuk<\/em>, simak penjelasan berikut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #69a84f;\">Belalang<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organ ekskresi pada belalang adalah <strong>pembuluh malpighi<\/strong>. Saat itu pula, terjadi proses pemindahan urea, sampah nitrogen, ion K, Cl, dan air dari hemolimfa ke pembuluh malpighi. Selanjutnya, air dan zat yang masih berguna bagi tubuh, seperti ion K, Cl, dan air diserap kembali di rektum untuk diedarkan ke seluruh tubuh oleh hemolimfa, sedangkan zat yang mengandung sampah nitrogen akan diendapkan sebagai kristal asam urat yang nantinya akan dikeluarkan bersama feses melalui anus. Protonefridium ini berupa <strong>kumpulan jaringan mirip pipa yang bercabang-cabang<\/strong>. <strong>Jaringan mirip pipa<\/strong> tersebut dinamakan <strong>nefridiofor<\/strong>.<strong> Ujung dari nefridiofor<\/strong> disebut <strong>sel api<\/strong> atau <strong><em>flame cell<\/em><\/strong>. Tahu <em>nggak<\/em> kenapa <em>kok<\/em> disebut sel api? <em>Nggak<\/em> kebakar <em>tuh<\/em> kalau ada apinya? Proses ekskresi pada cacing pipih diawali dengan gerakan silia yang mengakibatkan cairan tubuh seperti air, ion Na, K, N, dan urea masuk melalui celah sel api. Cairan tubuh tersebut kemudian disaring di sel api, kemudian masuk ke dalam tubulus, tempat sel api melekat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada tubulus, terjadi proses penyerapan cairan tubuh dan zat sisa metabolisme seperti air dan NH4. Cairan tubuh seperti ion Na, K, N, dan air akan diedarkan kembali bersama hemolimfa, sedangkan zat sisa metabolisme dikeluarkan melalui nefridiofor. Gimana? <em>Udah<\/em> kebayang belum? Cacing tanah memiliki organ ekskresi berupa <strong>nefridium<\/strong>. Fungsi nefridium mirip seperti ginjal vertebrata <em>kok<\/em>, yaitu mengeluarkan zat sisa metabolisme dari tubuh. <em>Nah<\/em>, setelah tahu organ sistem ekskresi cacing tanah.<em> Yuk<\/em>, sekarang kita bahas gimana <em>aja <\/em>proses ekskresinya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proses ekskresi cacing pipih diawali dengan diserapnya cairan tubuh seperti ion Na, Cl, K, N dan air ke nefrostom oleh gerakan silia dan otot. Saat cairan mengalir melalui tubulus nefrik, terjadilah proses penyerapan air, ion Na, Cl, dan K. Zat tersebut akan menembus kapiler darah dan disirkulasikan kembali. Sementara itu, zat yang tidak dibutuhkan, seperti sampah nitrogen dan air akan ditampung di kandung kemih, sebelum diekskresikan keluar melalui nefridiofor.
