(Sumber: giphy.com).<\/span><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #339966;\"><strong>Karbohidrat<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Ketika puasa, tubuh tidak mendapat asupan karbohidrat (sakarida) dan tentunya produksi glukosa (monosakarida) akan berkurang. Agar tubuh tetap berenergi, akhirnya tubuh \u201cterpaksa\u201d mengubah amunisi cadangannya yaitu glikogen (polisakarida). <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Glikogen sendiri adalah hasil akhir dari formasi glukosa dalam tubuh yang tersimpan dalam sel dan hati sebagai cadangan energi.<\/span><\/strong> Proses perubahan glikogen menjadi energi ini disebut dengan <span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">glikogenolisis<\/span>. Ada dua sumber glikogen dalam tubuh, yaitu otot dan hati. Proses glikogenolisis (proses pemecahan\/penguraian) yang terjadi di dua tempat tersebut, punya tujuannya masing-masing, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">1) glikogen di otot: digunakan untuk keperluan menghasilkan energi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">2) Glikogen di hati: dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kadar gula dalam darah pada saat jeda waktu makan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">Glikogen dalam hati akan diglikogenolisis ketika kamu berpuasa. Glikogen dalam otot hanya akan mengalami glikogenolisis setelah seseorang melakukan olahraga yang berat dan lama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">Oleh karena itu, ketika sudah berbuka, jangan lupa untuk mengonsumsi karbohidrat yang cukup, <em>ya. <\/em>Kalau tidak, proses glikogenolisis akan terjadi secara terus-menerus, <em>lho.<\/em> Hal ini berbahaya karena dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada organ hati.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">Jadi, tahu, kan, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ruangguru.com\/manfaat-karbohidrat-bagi-tubuh-kita\">manfaat mengonsumsi karbohidrat<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ruangguru.com\/manfaat-karbohidrat-bagi-tubuh-kita\"> <\/a>ketika sahur dan berbuka?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #339966;\"><strong>Lemak<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">Selain mendapatkan energi melalui glikogenolisis, tubuh juga mendapat alternatif energi dari lemak yang ada dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">Pemecahan atau katabolisme lemak dimulai saat lemak berada di dalam sistem pencernaan makanan. Lemak akan dipecah menjadi asam lemak dan gliserol. Jadi, jangan sampai <\/span><em style=\"background-color: transparent;\">nih <\/em><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">kamu menghilangkan lemak dari menu makanan sahur dan buka kamu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #339966;\"><strong>Protein<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">Protein terdiri dari beberapa asam amino. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Asam amino akan diolah menjadi energi ketika tubuh kekurangan karbohidrat atau memiliki kelebihan asam amino.<\/span><\/strong> Meski begitu, tidak semua bagian asam amino akan diserap oleh tubuh, sebagian harus dibuang karena beracun bagi tubuh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\">Ketiga nutrisi di atas nantinya akan \u201cbekerjasama\u201d untuk membentuk energi yang kamu butuhkan.
