Jaga Emosi<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cara pertama agar mental kita tetap stabil di masa ujian adalah menjaga emosi. Jika diri kita sedang emosi, kita cenderung kurang bisa mengakses memori dan mencerna materi.
