Kuy, sekarang kita simak penjelasannya satu persatu!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>&#8212;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Buat kamu yang sudah lupa-lupa ingat tentang apa itu enzim, <strong>enzim adalah biokatalisator yang berfungsi mempercepat reaksi biologi dalam tubuh.&nbsp;<\/strong>Dengan adanya enzim, proses reaksi biologi dalam tubuh tersebut bisa terjadi tanpa ikut bereaksi dengan subtrat. Kalau subtrat itu apa, hayo? Subtrat adalah komponen yang akan dipecah oleh enzim. Contohnya adalah subtrat amilum yang akan dipecah oleh enzim amilase. Jangan sampai lupa, ya!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Enzim dalam tubuh memiliki dua komponen penyusun, nih. Komponen penyusun tersebut terdiri dari protein dan non-protein. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span><strong>Apoenzim<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Komponen penyusun enzim yang berupa protein dikenal dengan istilah <strong>apoenzim<\/strong>. Apoenzim merupakan komponen paling dominan dalam struktur enzim. Ternyata, apoenzim ini bersifat labil karena mudah dipengaruhi oleh perubahan suhu dan pH, lho. Oh iya, apoenzim ini tidak tahan panas, ya.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Gugus Prostetik<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Komponen penyusun enzim yang berupa non-protein dikenal sebagai<strong> gugus prostetik<\/strong>. Gugus prostetik ini terdiri dari ion anorganik dan ion organik kompleks. Kamu tau nggak, ion anorganik dalam gugus prostetik disebutnya apa? Ingat ya, namanya koenzim. Koenzim ini berfungsi untuk memindahkan zat kimia dari satu enzim ke enzim lain. Contohnya antara lain adalah FADH, NADH, dan Vit.
