Y<\/span>uk, simak baik-baik bagaimana virus menular melalui siklus litik!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>Daur litik (siklus litik)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #caecb7; padding-right: 20px; padding-left: 20px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daur litik adalah siklus reproduksi atau replikasi genom virus, yang pada akhirnya akan menyebabkan kematian bagi sel inang tempat virus hidup. Virus hanya dapat melakukan replikasi pada siklus ini atau dengan kata lain disebut dengan virus virulen. Pada daur litik terdiri dari lima tahap sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-web.ruangguru.com\/landing-pages\/assets\/hs\/Gambar%201.png\" alt=\"Gambar 1.png\" style=\"width: 600px; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Gambar 1.png\" caption=\"false\" data-constrained=\"true\" width=\"600\"><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>a. Tahap Absorbsi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada tahap ini, bagian ujung ekor virus (reseptor) menempel pada dinding sel bakteri. Proses penempelan ini hanya terjadi pada virus tertentu. Jadi, dengan kata lain proses penempelan virus bersifat sangat khas. Setelah menempel, virus akan segera mengeluarkan <strong>enzim lisozim<\/strong> untuk melubangi dinding sel inang.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 24px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b. Tahap Penetrasi<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada tahap ini, <strong><a href=\"\/mengapa-tes-dna-jadi-bukti-kuat-kasus-pengakuan-anak\">DNA<\/a><\/strong>\/RNA virus masuk ke dalam sel inang melalui penambatan lempeng ujung, kontraksi, dan penusukan pasak. Bagian tubuh virus yang masuk ke dalam sel inang hanyalah <strong>asam nukleat<\/strong>. Sedangkan, bagian kapsid tetap berada di luar dinding sel dan akan terlepas dengan sendirinya setelah tidak berguna lagi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 24px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c. Tahap Sintesis\/Replikasi\/Eklifase<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proses yang terjadi pada tahap ini adalah <strong>penghancuran DNA<\/strong> sel inang, sehingga membuat sintesis DNA bakteri berhenti bekerja. Setelah proses ini berhasil, DNA bakteri kemudian digantikan oleh DNA\/RNA virus, sehingga virus mampu mengendalikan secara utuh kehidupan dari sel bakteri. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membuat salinan asam nukleat virus (DNA\/RNA) yang kemudian membentuk berbagai komponen tubuh virus seperti ekor dan kapsid.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 24px;\"><strong>d. Tahap Perakitan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Setelah melalui tahap ketiga, tahap selanjutnya merupakan <strong>perakitan tubuh virus<\/strong> yang masih terpisah-pisah, seperti kepala, ekor, dan serabut ekor, menjadi virus yang utuh. Selain itu, kapsid utuh yang terbentuk juga kemudian diisi oleh DNA\/RNA sehingga proses reproduksi berhasil menciptakan virus baru. Pada fase ini, virus yang dihasilkan bisa mencapai 100-200 buah, <em>lho<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 24px;\"><strong>e. Tahap Lisis\/ Litik<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada tahap ini, kerja enzim lisozim tidak hanya untuk melubangi dinding sel inang saja tetapi juga membuat <strong>dinding sel mengalami perpecahan<\/strong> di akhir fase reproduksi virus.
