Supaya <em>nggak<\/em> bingung, sekarang kita belajar tentang penggunaan rumus <em>Simple Present Tense with Non-Action Verbs, yuk<\/em>!\u00a0<em>Simple Present Tense<\/em> adalah suatu pola <em>tenses<\/em> yang kata kerjanya menyatakan kegiatan yang dilakukan sehari-hari, kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kenyataan dan dilakukan secara teratur atau kegiatan yang merupakan kebiasaan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disebut sebagai <em>\u201csimple\u201d<\/em> karena bentuk kata kerjanya terdiri dari satu kata (contoh: <em>read<\/em> atau <em>reads<\/em>), dibandingkan dengan jenis <em>tenses<\/em> lain, contohnya <em>the present progressive<\/em>\u00a0yang menggunakan lebih dari 1 kata(contoh: <em>is reading<\/em>). Hampir seluruh kata kerja Bahasa inggris dalam <em>form<\/em> <em>simple present tense<\/em> sama dengan <em>base form<\/em> atau bentuk dasar. Oh iya, Squad, <em>base form<\/em> ini juga sering disebut bentuk kamus, ya. Pengecualian ada ketika subjeknya adalah <em>third-person singular<\/em> atau orang ketiga tunggal (contoh: <em>he, she, it<\/em>). Dalam pengecualian ini, imbuhan -(e)s ditambahkan di bagian belakang <em>verb<\/em> atau kata kerja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Simple Present Tense<\/em> juga menggunakan <em>non-action verbs <\/em>seperti<em> like, have, know, see, <\/em>dan<em> understand.<\/em>\u00a0Sesuai dengan namanya, kata-kata tersebut menunjukkan suatu keadaan atau situasi, bukan suatu aksi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beberapa kata kerja non-aksi adalah:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Kata kerja yang berhubungan dengan panca indera<\/strong> seperti: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>feel<\/em> <\/span>[merasakan], <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">hear<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0[mendengar], <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>notice<\/em><\/span> [melihat], <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>see<\/em><\/span> [melhat], <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>smell<\/em><\/span> [mencium], <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>sound<\/em> <\/span>[kedengarannya], <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>taste<\/em><\/span> [mencicipi]. Contoh kalimat: <em>I notice your new hair.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kata kerja yang berhubungan dengan keadaan mental<\/strong> seperti: <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>agree<\/em><\/span> [setuju], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>believe<\/em><\/span> [percaya], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>doubt<\/em><\/span> [meragukan], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>guess<\/em> <\/span>[menebak], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>hesitate<\/em><\/span> [ragu], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>imagine<\/em> <\/span>[membayangkan], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>know<\/em><\/span> [mengetahui], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>mean<\/em><\/span> [bermaksud], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>need<\/em><\/span> [memerlukan], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>prefer<\/em><\/span> [lebih menyukai], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>realise\/realize<\/em><\/span> [ menyadari], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>recognize\/recognize<\/em> <\/span>[mengenali], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>remember<\/em> <\/span>[ingat], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>suppose<\/em> <\/span>[mengira], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>think<\/em><\/span> [berpikir], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>trust<\/em><\/span> [mempercayai], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>understand<\/em><\/span> [mengerti], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>want<\/em><\/span> [menginginkan], <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>wish<\/em><\/span> [berharap].
