Misalnya diperuntukkan bagi perempuan maupun laki-laki, usia 13-30 tahun, dan dari kalangan kelas ekonomi menengah. Di dalam kegiatan bisnis dan manajemen, hal ini sangat penting dilakukan karena nantinya akan masuk ke dalam bagian dari proses pemasaran. Akan tetapi, segmentasi pasar dan target pasar sebenarnya merupakan dua hal yang berbeda, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lho<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Walau begitu, masih banyak siswa yang bingung membedakan keduanya. Sedangkan, <\/span><strong>target <a href=\"\/blog\/9-lembaga-dan-pelaku-pasar-modal-di-indonesia\" rel=\"noopener\">pasar<\/a> adalah cara memilih kelompok konsumen yang hendak dilayani.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari kedua pengertian di atas, bisa dipahami \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kan <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">perbedaannya? Segmentasi pasar itu harus dilakukan di awal, lalu setelahnya kita baru bisa menentukan target. Perusahaan pun harus berhati-hati melakukan penilaian dan pertimbangannya dalam menentukan targetnya. Agar ukuran segmen bisa menyesuaikan target pencapaian volume penjualan serta laba yang diinginkan. Target disarankan tidak boleh terlalu luas. Tujuannya supaya perusahaan bisa terhindar dari biaya yang terlalu tinggi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>Faktor yang Memengaruhi Target Perusahaan<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalam menentukan target, terdapat beberapa faktor yang perlu menjadi pertimbangan, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>1. Ukuran segmen<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perusahaan besar cenderung memilih segmen pasar serta volume penjualan yang juga besar, dan sebaliknya perusahaan kecil cenderung memilih segmen dengan volume penjualan lebih kecil pula. Dengan begitu, perusahaan bisa menyesuaikan target perusahaan sesuai kemampuan masing-masing.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>2. Pertumbuhan segmen<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segmen pasar perusahaan sangat mungkin berubah. Jika dianggap terlalu kecil di awal, bisa saja tumbuh menjadi segmen pasar yang lebih besar di masa datang.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>3. Posisi persaingan<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segmen pasar yang dipilih harus memiliki potensi mendatangkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dapat memilih segmen pasar yang memiliki jumlah pesaing sedikit. Jumlah pesaing yang sedikit cenderung lebih menguntungkan posisi perusahaan untuk memperoleh laba.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>4. Biaya untuk mencapai segmen<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saat mempertimbangkan biaya untuk mencapai segmen pasar yang akan ditargetkan, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan pengeluaran biaya. Apabila segmen pasar tidak sesuai dengan kegiatan pemasaran, disarankan tidak menjadi opsi. Supaya pengeluaran biaya perusahaan pemasaran perusahaan tidak terbuang percuma.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>5. Kesesuaian tujuan dengan kemampuan perusahaan<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ketika telah ditentukan segmen pasar, maka perusahaan jangan mencoba beralih ke segmen pasar lainnya yang tidak direncanakan sebelumnya. Risikonya bisa terjadi kerugian pada perusahaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>Proses Pelaksanaan Target Pasar<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diperlukan proses yang runut dalam melaksanakan target pasar, seperti berikut:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mengembangkan acuan pemasaran untuk menentukan segmen pasar yang telah disasar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memilih segmen pasar dan juga target perusahaan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mengembangkan produk yang menyesuaikan dengan segmen pasar <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mengembangkan profil segmen pasar yang hendak dihasilkan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menambah kriteria segmen pasar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melakukan identifikasi segmentasi pasar yang sudah ada.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sampai di sini apakah kamu sudah mengerti, RG Squad?
