Lebih jelasnya lagi, kita simak di bawah ini ya! <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada dasarnya perusahaan diperbolehkan memilih tiga alternatif untuk melaksanakan strategi target pasar, yaitu sebagai berikut:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>1.<i> Differentiated Marketing<\/i><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Merupakan bentuk usaha yang dilakukan perusahaan ketika mengidentifikasi kelompok-kelompok pembeli tertentu. Untuk melakukannya, perusahaan perlu membuat produk yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan masing-masing <strong><a href=\"\/memahami-tentang-target-pasar\">segmen pasar<\/a><\/strong> yang tersedia. Dengan begitu, jumlah penjualan barang dan jasa bisa lebih meningkat dan bisa mendapat posisi yang kuat di setiap segmen pasar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>2. <em>Undifferentiated<\/em><i> Marketing<\/i><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bentuk upaya perusahaan yang dilakukan dengan cara meninjau pasar secara keseluruhan dan fokus pada bentuk pengemasan barang. Tujuannya, agar bisa menyesuaikan kebutuhan konsumen. Strategi pasar jenis ini bisa dilakukan untuk upaya penghematan ongkos-ongkos produksi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>3. <em>Concentrated<\/em><i> Marketing<\/i><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dilakukan dengan cara memfokuskan pemasaran produk-produk perusahaan pada satu atau beberapa kelompok pembeli yang dianggap potensial. Tujuannya agar pemasaran akan berjalan sesuai segmen pasarnya. Perusahaan bisa lebih hemat dalam operasi pemasarannya karena telah melakukan spesialisasi produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><strong>Pemilihan Strategi Target Pasar<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melihat persaingan di dalam dunia usaha, sudah sewajarnya jika setiap perusahaan ingin memenangkan ranah bisnis yang dikelolanya. Untuk itu, diperlukan strategi yang tepat dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>1. Sumber-sumber yang dimiliki perusahaan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu faktor penentu yang cukup penting dalam menentukan strategi adalah sumber-sumbernya. Apabila sumber terbatas, seharusnya perusahaan memilih strategi<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> concentrated marketing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sebagai strategi yang paling tepat.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>2. Homogenitas produk<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perusahaan yang memproduksi produk yang bersifat homogen (sama) akan lebih cocok jika memilih strategi target pasar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">undifferentiated marketing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>3. Homogenitas pasar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ketika sejumlah pembeli mempunyai selera yang sama, maka akan terjadi homogenitas pasar. Ciri-ciri pasar jenis ini yaitu, jumlah produk yang terjual pada setiap periode hampir sama dan reaksi terhadap pemasaran produk pun sama. Perusahaan yang menghadapi homogenitas pasar, perlu memilih strategi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">differentiated marketing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>4. Tahap-tahap siklus kehidupan produk<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jika produk yang akan dipasarkan adalah barang berjenis baru dengan hanya sedikit macamnya, maka strategi target pasar yang paling tepat untuk dilakukan adalah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">undifferentiated marketing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dengan sasaran hanya untuk memenuhi permintaan primer saja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bagaimana penjelasannya, RG Squad?
